its my first time trying Clara ole pasta sauce, the kids really like and love it.
If you swap out the seasoning in this repcie and use poultry seasoning and salt, you have what is known as Cornell Chicken , which has been a summertime favorite here in upstate NY since the 50 s. Traditionally, you would use spit broiler chickens (1 to 11/2 lbs), cooked over an open pit, approx 24 off the coals. If you haven’t, you need to try this. Good stuff. Think I’ll try the Pitboys version before the snow starts falling.
